COSMIC

While once, many years ago, I did paint a bathroom to depict a Roman bath, I never tried a cosmic wall painting.  This cosmic scene spans the length of the fireplace wall and provides the entire backdrop for the mantle.  I had never tried this technique and was so pleased with the results, including when the sun hits the hanging crystal prisms in the window on the other wall, which can be spun, creating a living cosmos.  I love having an entire mantle painted that is now a true room feature.  There are even little unseen LEDs in orange and blue that run along the bottom and offer yet another lighting effect.
